Robots

A robot is a machine that can perform tasks automatically, with little to no human intervention. Robots can be programmed to carry out a series of actions, or they can be guided by an external control device. The field of study that focuses on developing robots and automation is called robotics. 

Robots can have different levels of autonomy, from being human-controlled to being fully autonomous.
